KENNELS

Our kennels have been purpose built with your pet’s welfare in mind. Ministry approved and licenced, we provide bright and spacious units that are larger than regulation – that means your pets can stay together but still have their own beds and plenty of space.

 

All our kennels have underfloor heating for your dog’s comfort, and the tiled floors help us maintain a clean environment with easy, hygienic washing and quicker drying times.

 

Our indoor kennels have direct access to covered outdoor runs, and ,of course, all dogs have time in our outdoor free-running spaces.

 

 

 

FEED AND EXERCISE 

Good nutrition means a happy dog. We believe all pets deserve a healthy diet and will provide your dog with the best nutrition during their stay. We have a good selection of fresh foods and also carry a variety of complete wet or dry meal alternatives. Should you prefer to use your own specialty food, not a problem, as all feeding requirements can be catered for. Please feel free to discuss your individual needs when booking. 

 

And happy dogs need plenty of space to run around! We have three large secure paddocks for exercise, free-running and socialising. With all this activity and the cosy kennels, your dog will sleep like a baby at the end of their busy day!

 

For some pets' medication is also important to their health, so we’re happy to accommodate requests for veterinary prescribed medication to be administered - this includes insulin injections. 

 

 

IN CASE OF EMERGENCY

On your first booking, we will request your contact details, an emergency contact of someone you know and trust with your pets’ welfare, along with details of your veterinary practice. 

 

If your pet is unexpectedly ill during their visit we’ll do our best to advise you or your nominated emergency contact and discuss their wellbeing.

 

In the event of an emergency and should it be necessary, where possible we will take your pet to your own veterinary practice for attention. If for any reason this is not possible, we will contact our own vet. Please be assured we trust our vet with our own pets’ lives, and they’ll give the best care possible to your pet too.

We also provide all bedding and utensils, administer veterinary prescribed medication, and are fully insured at no extra cost to you. 

Discounts can be discussed for multiple residents and long term duration, and may depend on the time of year.
