We’re open all year round, conveniently located just one mile from Carryduff and a short drive from south and east Belfast, Comber, Lisburn, Hillsborough, Saintfield and Ballynahinch.
To help us maintain a settled routine for your pet, we adopt strict drop-off and collection times.
Drop-off and collection:

Monday - Saturday | 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Sunday | 5.00 PM - 6.00 PM only
Gates will be locked at closing times.

Delayed to collect?
It happens! Bad weather, delayed flights and cancelled ferries can hold you up but don't worry about your pet. Phone as soon as you can to let us know you won't make your pre-booked collection time and we'll happily make alternative arraangements.
Emergency at home?
The last thing you need in an emergency is to worry about your pet. Give us a call and we'll do our best to help you out.
